Gochujang Wings
This is a wing recipe that will absolutely never fail me. Air fryer wings covered in a sweet and slightly spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
Wings
- 1 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp black pepper
Gochujang sauce
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
Wings
- Wash and pat dry your chicken wings.
- Coat with olive oil and the remaining seasonings on the ingredient list.
- Air fry at 375F for 15 minutes
Sauce
- Add all sauce ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.
