- ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
Noodles
- ½ yellow onion, (sliced)
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 450 g chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili oil
- green onions
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes.6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, and white pepper1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp dark soy sauce, ½ tbsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 cloves grated garlic
- Add oil into a preheated pan, and cook on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 3-5 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.1 tbsp oil
