Cut chicken thighs into 1 inch cubes.
6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, and white pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp dark soy sauce, ½ tbsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper, 2 cloves grated garlic
Add oil into a preheated pan, and cook on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 3-5 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.

Add boiling water into chow mein noodles and soak for 1 minute. Strain.

Add sliced onions into the pan along with grated garlic. Cook 1 minute.

Add strained chow mein noodles and season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
