  1. Garlic: Fresh garlic cloves are grated to infuse the chili oil sauce with a pungent and aromatic flavor.
  2. Chili Crisp: Chili crisp adds texture, heat, and an additional layer of flavor to the dish, providing crispy, spicy bursts with each bite. Click HERE if you want the recipe to my chili crisp.
  1. Soy Sauce: Soy sauce provides a savory and umami-rich base for the sauce, adding depth of flavor and richness.
  2. Sugar: A touch of sugar balances the heat from the chili flakes and adds a hint of sweetness to the sauce, creating a harmonious flavor profile.
  3. Neutral Oil: Neutral oil serves as the base for the chili oil sauce. This allows the flavors of the chili flakes, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, and ginger to infuse and meld together.
  4. Mayonnaise: Mayo adds creaminess and richness to the sauce, enhancing its texture. Providing a milder flavor contrast to the spicy chili oil.
  5. Rice Vinegar: Rice vinegar adds a tangy acidity to the sauce, balancing the richness of the mayo and complementing the other flavors in the dish.

By combining these ingredients, you’ll create a quick and flavorful chili oil noodle dish that’s perfect for satisfying spicy cravings in just minutes. Adjust the quantities according to your taste preferences for a customized dish that suits your palate.
