Ingredients 

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 onions, (caramelized)
  • 5 jalapenos, (diced)
  • 7 slices bacon, (bits)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • egg roll wrappers
  • sweet thai chili sauce

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice onions and place into a pan with olive oil over medium heat.
    4 onions
  • Slowly stir until onions are caramelized, might take 40 minutes. Set aside.
  • While onions are cooking, begin to cook your bacon until crispy. Chop it up into little bits. This should make about 1 cup of bacon bits.
    7 slices bacon
  • In a bowl add cream cheese, bacon bits, chopped jalapenos, shredded cheese, caramelized onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, and worcestershire sauce.
    8 oz cream cheese, 5 jalapenos, 7 slices bacon, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, 4 onions
  • Mix well and taste. Adjust seasoning to your liking.

Wrapping

  • Lay the Wrapper Flat: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond orientation.

Frying

  • Into a pot heat up oil to 350F.
  • Place egg rolls in to fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown like so. Make sure not to crowd the pot.
  • Serve with sweet thai chili sauce.
