Ingredients 

  • 4 L water
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 300 g rock sugar, (add to your personal preference)
  • 2 honeydew melon
  • 1 package mini tapioca pearls

Instructions 

  • Bring a pot of water up to a boil.
    4 L water
  • Add sugar and let it dissolve.
    300 g rock sugar
  • Add evaporated milk and coconut milk.
    2 cans evaporated milk, 2 cans coconut milk
  • Bring it up to a boil and add more sugar to your personal preference.
  • Allow it to cool completely in the fridge.
  • Scoop out the flesh from the honeydew melons.
    2 honeydew melon
  • Boil your mini tapioca balls until clear and rinse over cold water.
    1 package mini tapioca pearls
  • Add your tapioca balls to the cold dessert base. Mix.
  • Add your honeydew flesh and stir. Serve cold enjoy!
