Honeydew Melon Sago
Ingredients
- 4 L water
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 300 g rock sugar, (add to your personal preference)
- 2 honeydew melon
- 1 package mini tapioca pearls
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water up to a boil.4 L water
- Add sugar and let it dissolve.300 g rock sugar
- Add evaporated milk and coconut milk.2 cans evaporated milk, 2 cans coconut milk
- Bring it up to a boil and add more sugar to your personal preference.
- Allow it to cool completely in the fridge.
- Scoop out the flesh from the honeydew melons.2 honeydew melon
- Boil your mini tapioca balls until clear and rinse over cold water.1 package mini tapioca pearls
- Add your tapioca balls to the cold dessert base. Mix.
- Add your honeydew flesh and stir. Serve cold enjoy!
