Instructions
Bring a pot of water up to a boil.
4 L water
Add sugar and let it dissolve.
300 g rock sugar
Add evaporated milk and coconut milk.
2 cans evaporated milk,
2 cans coconut milk
Bring it up to a boil and add more sugar to your personal preference.
Allow it to cool completely in the fridge.
Scoop out the flesh from the honeydew melons.
2 honeydew melon
Boil your mini tapioca balls until clear and rinse over cold water.
1 package mini tapioca pearls
Add your tapioca balls to the cold dessert base. Mix.
Add your honeydew flesh and stir. Serve cold enjoy!
