- Lemon Juice: Freshly squeezed lemon juice brightens the flavors with acidity.

Important steps for perfect crisp chicken
For perfectly crispy chicken, follow these important steps:
Chicken Preparation
- Prepare Chicken: Start with boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Pound them to an even thickness to ensure they cook evenly.
- Season Chicken: Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides to enhance the flavor.
- Set Up Breading Station: Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge in Flour: Coat the chicken pieces in flour, shaking off any excess. This helps the egg adhere better to the chicken.
- Dip in Egg: Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is completely coated. Let any excess egg drip off.
- Coat with Panko: Press the chicken into the panko breadcrumbs, making sure each piece is thoroughly coated. The panko should stick well to the egg-coated chicken.
Frying instructions for chicken caesar sandwich
- Preheat Oil: Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. The oil should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep, enough for shallow frying.
- Test Oil Temperature: Ensure the oil is hot enough (about 350°F or 175°C). You can test it by dropping a small piece of bread into the oil. It should sizzle and turn golden brown quickly.
- Fry Chicken: Carefully place the breaded chicken into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this can lower the oil temperature.
- Drain Excess Oil: Once the chicken is cooked and crispy. Transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
By following these steps, you’ll achieve perfectly crispy chicken with a crunchy exterior and juicy, tender interior.
