Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, (622g cooked)
- 100 g light mayo
- 100 g greek yogurt
- ½ can chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 large cucumber, (diced)
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, (diced)
- ½ red onion, (diced)
- 1 cup corn
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapenos and onions
- 1 cup parsley, (chopped)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
- Place your chicken into the air fryer and cook at 400F for 15-20 minutes.3 chicken breasts
