- 1 bunch green onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili
- 1 large shallot
- ⅔ cup soy sauce
- ⅔ cup water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Boil eggs for 6½ minutes.

Rinse eggs with cold water and peel. Set aside.
Finely nice green onions, garlic, chilies, and shallots. Add them into a jar.

Into the same jar add soy sauce, water, honey, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix well. The amounts depend on the size of your jar. Just make sure to keep about a 1:1 ratio of soy sauce to water.

Add our peeled eggs into the container and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
