Soak chickpeas in cold water for 10 minutes.
1 can chickpeas
Gently rub off the chickpea skins and strain.
Place strained chickpeas into a blender or food processor along with tahini, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and ice cubes or water.

Blend until smooth. Adjust to consistency using olive oil.
Cut beef tenderloin into small cubes.
½ lbs beef tenderloin
Season with salt, 7-spice, and sumac.
1 tbsp Arabic 7 spice powder, 1 tbsp sumac , 1 tsp salt
Sear over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Serve meat on top of the hummus and top with toasted pine nuts, pomegranates, cilantro, and olive oil.
