Honey Sriracha Shrimp

Sauce ingredients

grated garlic

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
honey

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
sriracha

tbsp
chili flakes

oyster sauce
Instructions
Into a bowl season your peeled shrimp with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and sugar.
2 lbs shrimp,
½ tsp salt,
1 tsp smoked paprika,
1 tsp garlic powder,
1 tsp sugar
Add corn starch and toss to coat each piece completely.
½ cup corn starch
Shallow fry in a layer of oil on med-high heat. Only takes 1 minute on each side.
Set aside the crispy shrimp.
Into a separate bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.
2 cloves grated garlic,
3 tbsp soy sauce,
4 tbsp honey,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp sriracha,
1 tbsp chili flakes,
½ tbsp oyster sauce
Add the sauce into a pan over medium heat.
Once it starts to bubble, add the crispy shrimp back in to coat. Top with green onions and enjoy.
