Cook chicken over medium heat with a little oil until browned on each side. About 5-7 minutes each side. Set aside.
Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweetener, honey, and minced garlic. Mix well and add into our same pan.
¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ cup zero calorie sweetner or brown sugar, 2 tbsp honey, 2 cloves minced garlic
Once our sauce starts to bubble, add our chicken back in to coat completely. Keep simmering until the sauce has completely thickened and remove the chicken.
Add broccoli or any vegetables you like to clean up the pan. Serve over rice and enjoy.
