Into a bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients.

Slice your pork shoulder into thin pieces about ¼ inch thick.

Pour your marinade over your pork shoulder and let it marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight for best results.
Stir fry your rice with garlic oil and garlic chips to create garlic rice.

Into a high heat pan cook our pork shoulder. Continue stirring until the water has evaporated and the pork begins to caramelize.
Serve with rice, top with a fried egg and green onions.
