Shrimp
- 400 g shrimp
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
Mince your raw shrimp using a knife.
400 g shrimp
Add that into a bowl along with the remaining shrimp ingredients
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 stalk green onion, 2 cloves grated garlic, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Mix well and set aside.
Using a knife, cut your dumplings wrappers into this slices and place on a plate.

Form your shrimp paste into balls.
Add your thin sliced dumpling wrappers on top of the shrimp and press to coat.
Fry at 375 for 3-5 mintues or until golden brown.
Immediately season with salt and serve with Thai chili sauce.
