Instructions
Chicken
Cut your chicken thighs into cubes.
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Season with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 tbsp salt,
1 tbsp smoked paprika,
1 tbsp garlic powder,
1 tbsp onion powder,
1 tbsp ground cumin
Mix well then add in flour and coat well.
½ cup flour
Air fry in batches at 400F for 8 minutes.
Toss chicken in buffalo sauce and enjoy.

Potatoes
Peel and cut your potatoes into cubes.
6-7 yellow potatoes
Rinse and strain potatoes.
Season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
1 tbsp olive oil,

1 tbsp smoked paprika
Bake in the oven at 400F for 25 minutes or until soft and crisp.
Serve potatoes with chicken, top with any sauces you like and enjoy.
