Beer-Battered Onion Rings

Dry Mix:

flour

Wet Batter:

flour

baking powder

beer

ice cubes
Instructions
Cut the onions into thick rings, separate them, and coat in dry mix.
Dip the onions into wet batter and shake off any excess.
Fry in the oil set at 375°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Season with salt and serve!

Note:
The ice cubes keep the batter consistently cold as you're making the onion rings.
