- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g semi sweet chocolate chips
Place your hazelnuts on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes.
2 cups hazelnuts
Place hazelnuts into a food processor and continue to blend until the hazelnuts release their oils and become smooth. This may take some time about 5-8 minutes.
Now add sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth once again about 3 minutes.
1½ tbsp sugar, 1½ tbsp cocoa powder, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 100 g semi sweet chocolate chips
Adjust sweetness to your liking. Consistency can be thinned out by adding oil. I prefer not to.
