- 300 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 hotdogs
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup banana ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 300 g spaghetti
- shredded cheese
Cook your ground beef on a high heat pan until crispy.

Add diced onions and garlic into the same pan, stir 1 minute.

Add sliced hot dogs in to the pan as well, stir 2 minutes.
2 hotdogs
Add your can of crushed tomatoes along with banana ketchup.
28 oz can crushed tomatoes, ½ cup banana ketchup
Season to taste with soy sauce, fish sauce, and condensed milk.
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 4 tbsp condensed milk
Cover to let the sauce simmer on low while you cook the spaghetti.
Into a large pot with salted water, cook your spaghetti noodles.
300 g spaghetti
Once cooked through, strain and mix well with the sauce.
Top with cheese and enjoy.
