Filipino Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 hotdogs
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup banana ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Cook your ground beef on a high heat pan until crispy.

  • Add diced onions and garlic into the same pan, stir 1 minute.

  • Add sliced hot dogs in to the pan as well, stir 2 minutes.

  • Add your can of crushed tomatoes along with banana ketchup.
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes, ½ cup banana ketchup
  • Season to taste with soy sauce, fish sauce, and condensed milk.
    1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • Cover to let the sauce simmer on low while you cook the spaghetti.
  • Into a large pot with salted water, cook your spaghetti noodles.
    300 g spaghetti
  • Once cooked through, strain and mix well with the sauce.
  • Top with cheese and enjoy.
