Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
These crispy garlic parmesan chicken wings are my new favorite chicken wing flavor. Incredibly flavorful with long lasting crispiness.

Wet Batter

buttermilk
Crispy garlic

Instructions
Crispy chicken
Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika. Mix well.
Coat each piece of chicken in corn starch.
Mix together and egg with buttermilk to create the wet batter.
Dip our chicken in the wet batter.
Coat well in sweet potato starch pressing firmly.
Fry at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Crispy garlic
Into a pot heat up oil to 350 degrees.
Add in minced garlic and continue stirring until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Garlic parmesan sauce
Into a bowl add the crispy garlic made in the previous step.
Add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
Plating
Toss the crispy chicken in the garlic parmesan sauce. Top with a lot of grated parmesan and chives.
