Crispy Chicken Tenders (AIRFRYER)

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 10 chicken tenders OR 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup AP flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Hot Honey

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Buttermilk Ranch

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 handful chopped dill

Instructions

Chicken

  • Cut your chicken breast into even slices. About 3-4 slices per breast. OR buy a package of chicken tenders.
    10 chicken tenders OR 3 chicken breasts
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
  • Cover seasoned chicken with flour.
    ¼ cup AP flour
  • Beat two eggs and coat chicken into eggwash.
    2 large eggs
  • Crush corn flakes and coat chicken in corn flakes. Make sure there are no more wet spots. Press them in firmly.
    2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • Place into air fryer basket, spray with oil and air fry at 375F for 10 minutes. Flip chicken halfway through and re spray with oil.

Hot honey

  • Add honey, hot sauce, and butter into a bowl.
    ¼ cup honey, 2 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp butter
  • Microwave in 20 second intervals until the butter is melted.

Buttermilk ranch

  • Add all buttermilk ranch ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
    ¼ cup mayo, ¼ cup sour cream or greek yogurt, ⅓ cup buttermilk, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 handful chopped dill
