Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes
These cinnamon sugar donut holes are one of my favorite desserts to make at home. They're fluffy, light, and perfect when dipped in chocolate or condensed milk.

- 315 g AP flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 large egg
- 150 g whole milk
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- chocolate sauce
- condensed milk
Into a bowl, mix together all your dry ingredients.
315 g AP flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp instant yeast
Once mixed, add the remaining wet ingredients and knead until a smooth doughball forms.
1 large egg, 150 g whole milk
Cover and let the dough rest at room temperature for 1.5 hours to rise.
Split the dough into 20 gram pieces and cover again for another 30 minutes.
Heat up oil to 325F and drop the doughballs into the oil to cook for 3 minutes each side or until nicely browned.
Drain over paper towel then toss the donut holes in a generous amount of cinnamon sugar.
