10 Minute Miso Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200 g jajang noodles
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  • Cook your favorite noodles in boiling water.
    200 g jajang noodles
  • In a bowl add your remaining ingredients and mix together. This should form a thick and saucy consistency.
    1 tbsp miso paste, ½ tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp peanut butter, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tbsp rice vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp hot water
  • Once the noodles are done cooking, add them into the bowl and mix with the sauce. Top with green onions, chili crisp, a crispy fried egg.
