jajang noodles

miso paste

soy sauce

tbsp
peanut butter

garlic

rice vinegar

sugar

tbsp
hot water
Instructions
Cook your favorite noodles in boiling water.
200 g jajang noodles
In a bowl add your remaining ingredients and mix together. This should form a thick and saucy consistency.
1 tbsp miso paste,
½ tbsp soy sauce,
½ tbsp peanut butter,
2 cloves garlic,
½ tbsp rice vinegar,
½ tsp sugar,
2-3 tbsp hot water
Once the noodles are done cooking, add them into the bowl and mix with the sauce. Top with green onions, chili crisp, a crispy fried egg.
